1. Products

All product images, colours, descriptions, sizes, and specifications are provided as accurately as possible. Minor colour differences may occur due to screen settings and photography.

2. Orders

Once an order is placed, customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including name, phone number, and address. SNICKHEAD is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated. Prices and offers may be changed at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the location, courier service, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Replacements

SNICKHEAD accepts returns/replacements only for products that arrive damaged or defective.

Customers must:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging.
Keep the product unused and in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, wrong colour, or personal preference.

6. Damaged Products

After receiving the required photos/videos, SNICKHEAD will review the claim. If the damage is verified, we may provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

7. Cancellation

Orders may not be cancellable once they have been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to request a cancellation.

8. Intellectual Property

All SNICKHEAD logos, product images, designs, graphics, text, and other website content are the property of SNICKHEAD and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
